Hey there.

My name's Gabrielle, but you can call me Gabby. I am twenty years old and currently enrolled in college. A victim of poor judgement and a weakness for pretty faces, I am perpetually single. My favorite band in the whole wide world is Scarling, closely followed by The Cure. I love batcave/dark wave music, anything by Francesca Lia Block, Shakespeare (in a completely non-pretentious way, I assure you), absurdly sappy and cliche romantic scenes, green tea, the colors pink, gray, and aqua, vampires, Harry Potter, reading for hours on end, and, saving the best for last, Grimmjow Jaegerjaques.

I'm a storyteller, first and foremost, and a writer next. The difference? As of right now, I am more concerned with telling a good story than delving deep into the subconscious, among other things. My stories are over-the-top, dramatic, and border on ridiculous but I try really hard to be original and write something different than your average, run of the mill slash/yaoi fanfiction. I hope you enjoy reading them as much I've enjoyed writing them. In general, I'm not a very consistent updater. But I am a fan of long chapters so you can be sure when there is an update I always try to make up for the wait with word count. I don't respond well to being pressured for updates, so it would be much appreciated if you check demands at the door. Also, I attempt to reply to every review I get. If I don't respond to one, it's nothing personal, I just screwed up somewhere. But I do read every single last one and know that I cherish all of them and they warm the cockles of my heart. I can't express how much the support I've received since I began writing GrimmIchi means to me, though I can say it truly made me believe in my passion for writing again. To know others enjoy the silly fantasies I type up at ungodly hours after twenty-three cups of coffee is an amazing feeling. It gives me a sense of purpose in this hectic stage of my life.
